Yoga & Personal Growth Community in Bearsden
When you’ve been raised in a world that teaches you to put everyone else first, it’s no surprise that making space for yourself always falls to the bottom of the list.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
We CAN break free of the conditioning, and role model healthy boundaries, self-love, and self-care to the next generation.
I know how frustrating it feels to be stuck in a cycle of putting yourself last. I really struggled with this after having my second daughter.
Having spent years on my own personal growth journey, and more than 300 hours of yoga teacher training, I can give you the support and structure you need to stay committed to nurturing yourself over the long term.

Absolutely! Yoga is about how it makes you feel, not how it looks. The Circle's weekly yoga class is designed for all levels—no flexibility required.
Yes! Our classes are perfect for beginners and experienced yogi's alike. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, and there’s no pressure to “get it right.”
What do I need to bring to the yoga classes?
You'll need to bring your own yoga mat and water. It's also recommended that you bring either a blanket or something warm to cover you during the guided meditation part of the class. If you struggle to get comfortable and remain still whilst lying in savasana (resting pose), you may also want to bring a pillow/ cushion.
Life happens, and I understand that making it to every class isn't always possible.
If you miss a class, you're welcome to attend a different session within the same month to make it up - just let me know in advance, and I'll do my best to reserve a spot for you, subject to availability.
Switching classes may be possible if there’s availability in another class. Please contact me to discuss options.
The core commitment is attending your weekly in-person yoga class, which is an hour long. Everything else—like journaling, visualisations, and challenges—is optional and designed to fit into your schedule.
No, you’re not locked into a long-term commitment. The membership is flexible, and you can cancel at any time. If you decide it’s no longer right for you, you can simply cancel and stop your payments.
In person classes take place on Monday's from 9:45 - 10:45am and Thursday's from 6:30 - 7:30pm. Both classes are held at Skoolz Out, 12 Kenilworth Crescent, Bearsden.
Yes! If you're looking for flexibility, you can drop into a single class for £15 or book a 4-week block for £50. But if you want the full experience—with structure, support, and accountability—The Circle is the best value at just £47/month.
By leaning into the structure, support, and accountability of being part of The Circle:
Prioritising yourself becomes natural and just something you do.
You stop waiting for life to slow down and start living fully.
Comparison fades as you trust yourself and your choices.
Life feels lighter, more intentional, and genuinely fulfilling.
The thing about to-do lists is they never end. But life isn't supposed to be something you just 'get through'.
The Circle gives you the support and structure you need so you can stop putting yourself last and start creating a life that feels like yours again.
If you're looking for a flexible way to practice yoga, we’ve got options for you.
But if you're ready to truly follow through on prioritising yourself, The Circle is where real change happens.
