YOGA & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY IN BEARSDEN
The Circle helps you sink beneath the noise and creates space for you to feel more present, more at ease, and more like yourself again.
Because losing sight of who you are shouldn't be the price of living up to your responsibilities.
I know what it's like to lose yourself trying to live up to societal expectations. I really struggled with this after I had my second daughter.
With over 300 hours of yoga teacher training, I can guide you through intentional yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation practices, that help you reconnect with yourself.
So you feel more joy and a deeper sense of contentment in your daily life.
The Circle is a yoga and personal development membership community based in Bearsden.

Absolutely! Yoga is about how it makes you feel, not how it looks. This class is designed for all levels—no flexibility required.
Yes! Our classes are perfect for beginners and experienced yogi's alike. I’ll guide you through everything step by step, and there’s no pressure to “get it right.”
What do I need to bring to the yoga classes?
You'll need to bring your own yoga mat and water. It's also recommended that you bring either a blanket or something warm to cover you during the guided meditation part of the class. If you struggle to get comfortable and remain still whilst lying in savasana (resting pose), you may also want to bring a pillow/ cushion.
Because membership spaces are limited to ensure an intimate experience, your spot is reserved for your chosen class. If you can’t make it, please let me know in advance where possible.
Switching classes may be possible if there’s availability in another class. Please contact me to discuss options.
Your membership includes weekly in-person yoga classes, monthly journaling prompts, quarterly goal visualisations, monthly challenges, and access to an online community space.
I offer a 14-day risk-free trial. If you decide within the first 14 days that the membership isn’t right for you, you can email me at [email protected] for a full refund.
The core commitment is attending your weekly in-person yoga class, which is an hour long. Everything else—like journaling, visualisations, and challenges—is optional and designed to fit into your schedule.
No, you’re not locked into a long-term commitment. The membership is flexible, and you can cancel at any time. If you decide it’s no longer right for you, you can simply cancel and stop your payments.
In person classes take place on Monday's from 9:45 - 10:45am and Thursday's from 6:30 - 7:30pm. Both classes are held at Skoolz Out, 12 Kenilworth Crescent, Bearsden.
You aren’t here to lose yourself in life’s endless to-do lists.
If you're ready to experience the magic of pausing, letting go, and reconnecting with yourself, there's a space waiting for you inside The Circle.
