I know what it’s like when daily life feels like something you just need to get through. I used to really struggle with this after I had my second daughter.

Eventually, I realised that it's the everyday moments that make up life and that, if I didn't find a way to bring joy into them, I'd look back on my life in years to come and regret not choosing love, joy, and connection every day.

With over 300 hours of yoga teacher training, I specialise in helping people reconnect with themselves through intentional practices like yoga, breathwork, and guided visualisations, so you feel more joy and a deeper sense of contentment in your daily life.

However our practices reach beyond your typical yoga class. In committing to them you’ll:

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done yoga before, is this membership suitable for me?

Absolutely! The classes are designed to welcome all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience.

What do I need to bring to the yoga classes?

You'll need to bring your own yoga mat and water. It's also recommended that you bring either a blanket or something warm to cover you during the guided meditation part of the class. If you struggle to get comfortable and remain still whilst lying in savasana (resting pose), you may also want to bring a pillow/ cushion.

What if I can’t make my class one week?

Because membership spaces are limited to ensure an intimate experience, your spot is reserved for your chosen class. If you can’t make it, please let me know in advance where possible.

Can I switch my class time after signing up?

Switching classes may be possible if there’s availability in another class. Please contact me to discuss options.

What’s included in the membership?

Your membership includes weekly in-person yoga classes, monthly journaling prompts, quarterly goal visualisations, monthly challenges, and access to an online community space.

What if I decide the membership isn’t for me?

How much time do I need to commit each week?

The core commitment is attending your weekly in-person yoga class, which is an hour long. Everything else—like journaling, visualisations, and challenges—is optional and designed to fit into your schedule.

Am I tied into a long-term membership?

No, you’re not locked into a long-term commitment. The membership is flexible, and you can cancel at any time. If you decide it’s no longer right for you, you can simply cancel and stop your payments.

Where and when are the yoga classes?

In person classes take place on Monday's from 9:45 - 10:45am and Thursday's from 6:30 - 7:30pm. Both classes are held at Skoolz Out, 12 Kenilworth Crescent, Bearsden.
