Hi, I'm Nicola!

I know what it’s like to feel so stressed and exhausted from a week so full of pressure and expectations that you have no energy to enjoy your evenings and weekends.

With over 300 hours of yoga training, including yoga for the stress response, I can help you to release the stress of your week so you go into your weekend feeling lighter.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done yoga before, is this class suitable for me?

Absolutely! The classes are designed to welcome all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience.

What do I need to bring to the yoga classes?

You'll need to bring your own yoga mat and water.

It's also recommended that you bring either a blanket or something warm to cover you during the guided meditation part of the class.

If you struggle to get comfortable and remain still whilst lying in savasana (resting pose), you may also want to bring a pillow/ cushion.

Where and when are the yoga classes?

Classes take place on Thursday's from 6:30 - 7:30pm. Classes are held at Skoolz Out, 12 Kenilworth Crescent, Bearsden.

Is this class women only?

No! This space is for everyone and all genders are welcomed.
