I've never done meditation before, is this class suitable for me?

Absolutely! The classes are designed to welcome all levels, whether you’re new to meditation or have years of experience.

What do I need to bring to class?

Just yourself! Everything you need to be warm and comfortable throughout will be provided.

Where and when is the class?

Classes take place on Monday's from 9:45 - 10:45am at Life Wellness Centre - 42 Main Street, Milngavie, G62 6BU.

Do I have to be able to still my mind to meditate?

No! It's rare for people to be able to silence their thoughts completely and this is a common misconception about meditation.

I will guide you through a practice to help to calm your mind and sink beneath the noise.
